I am actually enjoying myself!

All these hats are actually making me happy.

I thought for sure I would hate it after hat #3 but I don’t. I just keep going. I only have one more Slinky hat to make and then it’s on to the 11 or so crochet beanies that must be done.

The thing that keeps me interested is the color changing, choosing colors, color, color, color.

Pretty and interesting. I even like it when I am looking at a color sequence and questioning whether it works, then continuing on and having it turn out perfectly at the end!

Tracy has pawned her Woolease off on me (okay, some she hated the color, some she just didn’t want. A total of about 8 balls) to ‘help out’ with more colors ;o)

Let me show you my woolease bag.

I do love the stuff! The bag is all my stashed woolease plus a few of the balls from Tracy are in there.

you are on fire! and that one huge bag of woolease! It reminds me of the scrap bag that my great grandmother used to drag out to make covered hangers with when I was little. She loved color matching too. :) Marin

Holy cow, chauntel… that’s a huge bag of yarn or woolease or whatever you call it. You should stop posting those sorts of things up here, you’re giving my mom ideas… :)

Does anyone in your family NOT get a handmade present from you over the holidays? Wow lady, you are productive. I’m impressed! And I like the hats.

Sheesh, I thought I left you a comment yesterday, but it’s not here. Anyway, I was telling you how I love the hats and that they remind me of the swirly cones from Foster’s Freeze. They look like they’re fun to make, and with that big ‘ol bag ‘o Woolease, you’ve got a lot of possibilities.

I’m another WoolEase afficionado. That and the SimplySoft stuff. What can I say, I’m a sucker for cheap yarn.
